A Career at AISHK

Australian International School Hong Kong is a Reception to Year 12 co-educational school, delivering the NSW Board of Studies curriculum. In addition to the Higher School Certificate, the International Baccalaureate is offered to Year 11 and 12. The school has a student population of over 1,100, mostly Australian passport holders, but with more than 25 nationalities represented. The school is well resourced and housed in a purpose-built campus with air-conditioned classrooms, an indoor pool, gymnasiums and an outdoor field. The stimulating educational program at the school provides a unique opportunity for teachers, teaching assistants and staff to excel, reach their full potential and gain valuable experience to advance their careers.

AISHK currently employs some 97 teachers, all of whom are experienced and come from a variety of backgrounds, all rich in culture. Teaching opportunities at AISHK exist for dedicated, energetic and self-motivated educators with excellent leadership skills and a demonstrated commitment to quality education. A background in teaching English as a Second Language and an ability to use ICT and integrate these skills into teaching programs will be highly regarded.

In addition to this, over 74 staff are employed as classroom assistants, library assistants, lab technicians and full time business and operations staff in a variety of areas and departments including Admissions, Finance, Office Administration, Information Technology and Development and Community Relations.
