Friends of AISHK

Friends of AISHK, set up in 2005, is an organisation established to enable staff, parents and other supporters of the school to stay connected and maintain involvement in the school and the school’s activities.

Friends of AISHK recognizes and supports the role that AISHK plays in the local and Australian expat community in Hong Kong, as a provider of quality Australian education, a leader in education development and as a custodian of Australian culture and values.

The organisation also plays an important role in strengthening the school’s support base by encouraging would-be-members to become involved. It also helps establish connections and goodwill between the School and the wider community as well as other members of the International School community.

It does this through variety of means, including its mentorship programs, establishing bursaries and scholarships and creating opportunities for AISHK students to take part in community services activities.
