Sport

AISHK sees sport as key in providing a balanced education, fostering student wellbeing and enhancing physical skills.

Our sports program encourages all students to “give it a go” regardless of skill level, to pursue enjoyment of sport and to strive for their personal best. Along with this approach, we ensure opportunities for students who excel in sport to compete in a wide range of tournaments, representing AISHK locally and internationally.

The AISHK sports brand is the Kangaroos - an icon of Australian wildlife. Emulating strength, speed, power and resilience, the emblem is worn proudly by AISHK students and staff, symbolising our commitment to teamwork and sporting excellence.

Representative Sport

In the wider community, AISHK embraces competitive sport, representing the school through our strong affiliation with a number of local and international sporting clubs and associations.

An avenue to build rapport and develop lasting friendships, representative sport at AISHK also demonstrates to students the importance of developing life skills such as teamwork and leadership. See our wide range of sports news and fixtures coverage here.
