AISHK School Festival 2022

Saturday 12 November, 12:00pm – 4:30pm

AISHK is known for being a warm and welcoming community and this quality will shine bright through this much loved school event. There will be something for everyone on the day! Our parent volunteers and school staff have been planning and working away over the past months to ensure a day jam-packed with fun for all.

Event Registration

A registration link (below) and details has been sent to all families in Week 2. Note this is a closed community event - not open to the public - the AISHK Festival attendees are limited to AISHK enrolled families and their households.

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for their children during their visit to the School Festival.

Please note that all adult parents, guardians and household members will need to scan in with LeaveHomeSafe app and be of Blue Code vaccination status in order to attend. Amber code status will not be permitted to attend. Students will not be required to scan in.

Event arrangements may change at short notice in line with required health and safety regulations at the time.

Festival Tokens

Families are kindly advised that in our aim to streamline queues, there will be no cash transactions at stalls on the day. Instead, please remember to head to any of the Token Booths as marked on the event floorplan, on the day. Tokens are available for purchase in $20 and $10 denominations. Coffee purchased in the 1F Cafeteria can be paid with Octopus. There is no charge for access to the Bouncy Castles in the 4/F Gym.

To reduce waste and to ensure good hydration during this fun-filled afternoon, families are encouraged to pack drink bottles for their children which can be refilled at water fountains on the field.

Multicultural Stalls

Founded in 1995, our school is now in its 27th year and our student body represents over 25 different nationalities! The AISHK Parent Association along with a team of dedicated parent volunteers have spent the past months busily preparing a range of multicultural stalls which will offer an array of activities, food and performances.


Roam each continent of the world through the multiculural stalls on the field, taking you on a global journey of delicious delicacies, activities, games and even cultural performances! Stay tuned for more details about what these colourful stalls will offer on the day.

Festival Passport

Students can collect their hard copy Festival Passport on arrival at the event. The Passport contains a handy floorplan, event schedule and stamp collection page for each visit to a multicultural stall!

Book Donations

Do you have second-hand books to donate to be sold at our Bookworm Café stall? We would be grateful for any books you wish to donate to school, which are age appropriate for Reception to Year 12.

Book Donation Period: Wednesday 2 November - Wednesday 9 November
Drop-Off Locations: Students may bring books into school and drop off at the 2/F Atrium. There will also be a book collection point at the school entrance Security Booth.
